The modern world may favor advanced firepower and high-tech gadgets, but there is a dark clan of ancient warriors that are always ready to test their skill against the best of modern technology!
Shrouded in mystery and superstition, trained in the deadliest of martial arts…and bound by a secret code of dark honor, they are invisible assassins…and masters of espionage!
They are…the Ninja!
And now, the South Texas Film Alliance challenges filmmakers everywhere to share their vision and give us film narratives profiling these elusive warriors.
Become a Ninja Filmmaker
Produce an 8-10 minute film that incorporates stealth, secrecy and hand-to-hand combat, just like what the ancient ninja would use. You must have an interesting, compelling story and you must incorporate the required element into your film: either A PAIR OF BINOCULARS, or A MINIATURE LIGHT.
Submit your film before the July 22nd deadline
You’ll battle other filmmakers at a special screening event on July 30, 2011!
No entry fee! if you put a lot of “Ninja Action” into your film!
Your NinjaFest entry must be produced for the fest. Previously produced films or content shot before April 29, 2011 or after July 22, 2011 are not eligible. Other requirements and restrictions also apply, so please see complete rules and guidelines.
